No official ESPN API or one-click connector exists. A bot can read league 223800 — rosters, scores, transactions, standings — through the community ESPN API using your league's espn_s2 and SWID cookies. Those cookies are login credentials, so they live in your script's environment — you never paste them to me. The bot cannot reach into ESPN to auto-approve trades or set lineups; it's a referee that blows the whistle, and a human acts (per T1, not a DM on their own deal).
iMessage is the catch. Apple has no bot API, so a true always-on bot can't post to iMessage cleanly. Realistic split: for now I generate the weekly report and you paste it into the group thread; if you want it fully automated and answering questions live, that's the one reason to move the league chat to Discord or GroupMe, where bots are natively supported.
I've now read the whole 2025 constitution. Load me with the passed 2026 changes and I settle "is this legal?" disputes with a citation to the exact article — Rob Rule timing, IR penalties, the 1 PM declare window, keeper rounds, trade windows, toilet-bowl eligibility.
